VI PEEL

The VI Peel is a professional chemical peel designed to remove damaged top layers of skin and stimulate collagen production, revealing brighter, smoother, and more even-toned skin. This treatment is highly effective for addressing concerns such as acne, discoloration, melasma, sun damage, and uneven texture.

For optimal results, multiple treatments may be recommended. The VI Peel is suitable for most skin types and tones when administered by a trained provider.

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure safety and maximize results:

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including sunless tanning creams) before, during, and after the peel.
• Inform your provider if you have a history of cold sores, skin infections, or sensitivities. An antiviral may be prescribed if necessary.
• Do not get this peel if you are allergic to aspirin or phenol, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Plan to avoid vigorous exercise for 3–4 days after treatment. Excessive sweating may induce water blisters and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.
• Do not wax the treatment area 10 days before or after the peel.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After your VI Peel, follow these guidelines to protect your skin and achieve the best results:

• Immediately after treatment, your skin may appear tan, red, or yellow; this is temporary and will fade within minutes.
• Peeling generally begins on day 2–3, occasionally on day 4. This is a natural shedding process.
• Do not scrub, pick, or pull at peeling skin to avoid infection, irritation, or hyperpigmentation.
• Follow the post-care instructions provided by your provider. Your after-care kit includes all necessary products and a QR code to download the VI Peel App for reminders.
