  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • If there are any delays in processing, you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
  • We offer standard shipping, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Areas

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. If you believe your order was lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will investigate the issue.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

7. In-Store Pickup

  • We offer in-store pickup at our clinic location for customers who prefer to pick up their order. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.

8. Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
