PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Avoid blood-thinning agents (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, alcohol) for 3–5 days before your appointment to minimize bruising.
• Stay well-hydrated leading up to treatment—this enhances the effects of the hyaluronic acid.
• Avoid dental work, vaccines, or other injectables for at least 2 weeks before or after your Skinvive session.
• Notify your provider if you have a history of cold sores; an antiviral may be recommended.
• Arrive with clean skin—avoid makeup or heavy skincare products on the day of your appointment.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Mild swelling, redness, and small bumps at the injection site are normal and usually resolve within 24–48 hours.
• Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 6 hours.
• Refrain from makeup, intense exercise, or alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.
• Avoid saunas, hot tubs, or tanning beds for 48 hours.
• Sleep on your back and keep your head elevated the first night to reduce swelling.
• Avoid facials, microneedling, laser treatments, or chemical peels within 2 weeks of your Skinvive session.
• Stay hydrated and maintain a consistent skincare routine to enhance and prolong results.
