PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, alcohol) for 3–5 days prior, unless prescribed by your physician.
• Stay well-hydrated in the 24 hours before your appointment to optimize blood draw quality.
• Eat a light, healthy meal before treatment to prevent lightheadedness during the blood draw.
• Avoid major dental work or vaccines within 1–2 weeks of your PRF appointment.
• Inform your provider of any recent illness, infection, or active cold sores in the treatment area.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Mild swelling, redness, and tenderness at injection sites is normal and typically resolves in 2–5 days.
• Avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for at least 12 hours.
• Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, or hot tubs for 24 hours post-treatment.
• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours after the procedure.
• Sleep with your head elevated the night after treatment to minimize swelling.
• Gently apply a cold compress if needed to reduce swelling, avoiding direct ice contact.
• Results develop gradually as collagen production continues over several weeks. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results.
