PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E) for at least one week prior to minimize bruising.
• Inform your provider of any medications, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect treatment.
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment to reduce swelling and bruising risk.
• Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, or skincare products on the treatment area.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Redness, tenderness, and swelling are common and may last several days.
• Use Tylenol as needed for soreness or discomfort.
• Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated to help minimize swelling.
• Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area.
• Apply ice packs in intervals (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off) for the first 24 hours to reduce swelling.
• Apply Arnica gel to decrease bruising and inflammation if needed.
• Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to support healing.
• Avoid vigorous exercise, excessive heat, or direct sun exposure for 3–5 days post-treatment.
• Skip alcohol, caffeine, high-sodium or spicy foods, and smoking for 24–48 hours to minimize irritation.
• Avoid additional cosmetic treatments (such as injectables, lasers, or facials) in the treated area until cleared by your provider.
• Full results develop over the following 12 weeks. Some patients may benefit from additional sessions for optimal contouring.
