PRE-TREATMENT TIPS
• Plan ahead: Schedule at least 2 weeks before a special event
• Reduce bruising risk: Avoid Aspirin, NSAIDs, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Ginseng, Vitamin A or E, and essential fatty acids a few days before treatment (ask your doctor first!)
• Skip alcohol & caffeine: Avoid 24–48 hours before your appointment

POST-TREATMENT TIPS
