Pre-Treatment Instructions

• Stop retinoids and exfoliating products 5-7 days before treatment.
• Arrive with clean skin free of makeup and skincare products.

Post-Treatment Instructions

• Redness, warmth, and mild swelling are normal for a few days.
• Pigmented spots may darken before flaking off—do not pick.
• Use gentle skincare, moisturizer, and SPF 30+ daily.
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, excessive heat, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours.
• Limit sun exposure and protect your skin while healing.
